Can I give it zero stars? Horrible experience. Put my my pizza in a box and let it sit for 20 minutes... Then served it to me cold... No appology or offer to heat it up, nothing!! Will never go back!!

You people are not allowed to pay your employees less than minimum wage and then keep all of their tips for yourselves. Also, when one of your servers takes three dollars that was left for her by a patron, you are then not permitted to fire her for it and keep half of her paycheck. First, I am going to come up there with my friend and retrieve the rest of her pay. Then, I am going to contact the BBB and the IRS (they might be interested in why it says she receives 4.00 per hour on her pay stub, I imagine) and then I'll be calling a lawyer and suing you out of business. See you in a little while.

I really think something must have changed in the last year and a half because I didn't experience good food here. The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because the pizza was okay. Not memorable, nothing indicating that the pizza is brick oven in taste. The pizza was edible. The calamari I had was just plain disgusting. Funny how after I ate the frozen calamari I started to look around to notice how messy and disorganized this place is. Product sat on the dining room area and I noticed the canned food service sauce they are buying isn't even made with San marzano Also, when I paid for my pizza at the cash register the cashier put my receipt in a puddle of water making it difficult for me to fill out a tip and sign. It would be tough for me to go back and try again if the condition that this restaurant is currently in stays this way.

Very good, fresh pizza. Not the best we have ever had, but is defiantly the best in the area. Service was a bit slow, but very friendly. We will be back the next time we are in the area. The only negative we had was that the place was very tight in there when the dinning room filled up.

My bf and I had a friendly server who always made sure our drink cups were full and our table was clear of dirty dishes. The food came out really quickly despite it being a Friday evening. The calamari was fine, though I suspect it wasn't fresh. The pizza we ordered, the Caprese, was delicious and just spicy enough. The crust was very thin and slightly charred in some places, which I needed SO much after having moved to FL about a year ago and not being very impressed overall with local pizza joints. We'll definitely be returning, and hopefully soon!

I am only going to write the review for the wood fired aspect of the restaurant. It is a simple little pizzeria and pretty close to the real deal from Italia! Have expectation management and understand if you go for the pre-positioned pizza, it will be ok...but the wood fired selection is amazing! They also have Peroni on draft, which is a plus. After you enjoy an authentic wood-fired pizza, treat yourself to a cafe doppio and gelato at the Cafe Italiano Cafe next to this place and it will be an official Italian cuisine day!

Worth the visit!!!! Do not go there and get a Calzone if you are hungry.....you had better be starving, it is HUGE!!!! Taste good too. Overall food was good and I loved the wood fired Hot Wings. The only thing I would change would be add some mist fans under their outdoor section as we love to eat outside but on 900 degree days it is impossible if you don't have the fans!!! PS....full bar would be nice...lol

Worst pizza and dining experience ever!!! Do not waste your money at this restaurant. Their pizza was absolutely disgusting. When we tried to eat our slices, we found the tomato sauce that they tried to pass off as pizza sauce could not hold onto the toppings and they slid off the slices in globs of messy piles. So, we had to resort to using knives and forks to eat pizza. The smell of the pizza was not appetizing and everyone at the table agreed that the cheese was not fresh. Despite the fact that we were all very hungry, we could not eat the pizza as it was just awful. When my friend asked to speak with the manager, the man that came to our table was angry before even speaking with us. As my friend began to provide him with feedback on the pizza, he abruptly interrupted her telling her that all he was willing do about it was make another pizza. Was he planning to go out and buy fresh ingredients? No, he was only willing to make another pizza with the same cheap, nasty ingredients they used to make the first one. When my friend asked him why would we want another bad pizza, he shouted that she had a bad attitude and that all he would do for us was make another pizza, then stormed off. We all looked at each other thinking, this is a job for Gordon Ramsey and Kitchen Nightmares!!! This man was not willing to listen to customer feedback and cared nothing about making it right. When my friend told him that he should be ashamed of his behavior and his food, he shouted for us to pay our bill and get out. This was while other dissatisfied customers watched on in horror, afraid to say anything to the very angry manager. The people at the table beside ours told us that they were not happy with the taste of their pasta and the lack of meat in it. Then on the way out of the restaurant we ran into one of the restaurant employees who asked what had happened having seen some commotion inside the restaurant. When we told him that we had complained about their awful pizza, the employee told us that they get complaints all the time about their food. Now this was our first and last time eating at this restaurant. Prior to our experience, I had heard good things about it. I don't know if the restaurant is under new ownership or management, I can tell you that there is no way that this place could have gotten positive ratings in the past without there having been a major change in how it is run. The food and customer service are appalling. There are boxes stored out in the open and there has to be several health code violations going on there. I would definitely like to see a health inspector pay them a visit. In this day and age of social media, it is ridiculous to witness a restaurant manager act like a hotheaded jackass in front of all his customers, not caring at all about customer feedback nor satisfaction. This place is definitely not worth the $25 we were forced to pay for a pizza we couldn't even eat.

We ordered a calzone here. Maybe we should have tried pizza or an arancini ball, or something else italian. When you first see the calzone, you will be like oh my god, that is so big...but that's the air from the bread puffing out. It's hollow inside with simply cheese and your topping which was cheese and ham. We had marinara sauce on the side. Calzone is just so much bread, meh, didn't like. No me gusta! Maybe we will try something else later. This location is super dog friendly since it's Wiregrass. Super bonus points. If you don't have time to wait, go inside, and pick up a pizza slice, eat, and go go go, and shop some more.

No matter how hard I try wood fired pizza and I aren't very good friends. I ask for a thick crust, he comes back with something a little bit thicker than a tortilla. I ask for my crust to be soft. Wouldn't you know it he brings one back burnt and crispy. Sorry man, I shouldn't have to work so hard to be friends. It should just come naturally. The two of us split. It was a nasty one. It was the kind of split that had us planning out visits to our favorite places ahead of time to ensure we never crossed paths. I swore the friendship off forever. And forever lasted for a good two, maybe three years. But a little over a week ago forever ended abruptly thanks to a group of yelpers who planned a UYE at 900 Degree Woodfired Pizza. I made the concession because I was so psyched that a UYE was coming to my neck of the woods. But I made sure that I tempered my expectations immensely. I also made sure not to make eye contact with the wood fired pizza as I slunk into the establishment as inconspicuously as possible. The UYE group was seated outside under the heaters when I arrived. I took my place at the table and realized they had already ordered. I quickly went through the menu and decided on a tomato and garlic pie. I inquired about cheese on it (I missed the part where it said mozzarella). The waiter pointed out the cheese and then directed me to a cheeseless pizza that was on the menu. He was a fabulous waiter, one who seemed to be really invested in helping the customer make the right decision for themselves. He quickly picked up on my diet and sent me in the right direction. I ordered the cheeseless pizza, mighty impressed that a Tampa restaurant actually had a vegan pizza on the menu. Even my favorite pizza places in the City don't list such a thing, I have to take what's on the menu and modify it. Our pizzas all came out quickly (or maybe the company made time fly?) and it was time for the taste test. I loved the look of the crust as it had char marks all over it. Unfortunately char marks usually mean crispy crust so I was stuck in one of those conundrum holes that seem impossible to get out of. But one bite told me that this was one conundrum that 900 Degree Woodfired Pizza had figured out how to solve. The crust was soft on the inside! SOFT! Despite the charring marks and the crisp feel and the fact that it was cooked at 900 degrees, it melted right in my mouth. Score one for them. Flavor wise, my pizza had a strong garlic taste that intensified the sauce. There weren't any other toppings so garlic is what resonated. I looked around at some of the other pies and I was quite impressed with the varieties of veggies that were offered. Artichokes, olives, red peppers, all beautifully arranged and sinfully tasty (according to the other guests). I found myself plotting my next visit, where I would take the pie I was eating and load it up with a variety of veggies. I called it garlic and veggies and a gay old time. Wait...had I really just planned a second visit to a pizza place that specializes in wood fired pies? Yes I did. That's the kind of impression that 900 Degree Woodfired Pizza had left on me. I was willing to rekindle a friendship that I had sworn off forever. Thank you, thank you, thank you 900 Degree Woodfired Pizza. You made being friends with wood fired pizza easy. That's a claim that a lot of other places cannot make.

Santa's Naughty Little Yelpers decided to meet up for an Unofficial Yelp Event at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel to enjoy the spectacular Christmas lights. But first, we elected to stop for dinner at 900 degree Wood-Fired Pizza at the mall. Unfortunately many of our naughty little elves were home sick, nursing colds and assorted ickies, but Erin P, Robbie C, Joel H and I forced ourselves to party like rockstars and enjoy some outstanding pizza and great laughs. The temps were a bit chilly that night, but we were able to sit outside on their covered patio right next to a big ol' propane gas heater. The patio was enclosed on three sides with heavy canvas siding, and the heaters were pumping out the BTU's all evening, so we were quite toasty. 900 Degree Wood-Fired Pizza is family owned pizzeria restaurant that serves both Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza and the traditional thin-crust NY-Style pizza. I read about the two different styles of pizzas and opted to try one of the smaller Neapolitan pizzas. These are made with Antico Caputo "00" flour imported from Italy, and the sauce is made from crushed San Marzano DOP tomatoes with basil. Nothing else. I read on the menu that the cheese is fresh, imported mozzarella and all of their toppings are cooked and prepared from scratch. YUM!!!! I started with their Mista salad which was mixed greens, tomatoes, onions, and homemade Italian dressing, and followed that with a 12 " Capricciosa wood-fired pizza that had the San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella slices, artichoke hearts, ham, mushrooms, Kalamata olives and fresh basil. Seriously amazing! The menu has a wide variety of suggested specialty pizzas, or you can choose to build your own, and add whatever toppings you like. They also serve salads, calzones, pasta dishes, and dessert pizzas made with Nutella and other yummy stuff. The four of us had a great time enjoying our food and socializing next to the space heaters. We declared the restaurant a big success, and I'll gladly make the haul from Carrollwood up to Wesley Chapel to try another one of their pizzas. By the way, the lights on the Christmas tree at the mall are synched to Trans-Siberian Orchestra's music, which made for a great show. They also had two vocal groups who were belting out the Holiday hits and Christmas standards. We thoroughly enjoyed our informal get-together of excellent pizza and Christmas cheer with good friends.

Pizza is fabulous! Husband ordered eggplant parm and it was a little disappointing as it was still cold in the middle; flavor was good though. Son ordered pomodoro spaghetti and he said it was good. I would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for the cold eggplant parm. Will definitely come back for more pizza!

I've eaten here twice in the past several weeks (and once or twice prior to that), getting pizza both times. Both times, the pizza/slices were very large, and served rather quickly (about 10 minutes). The staff were also very friendly. They advertise that they offer two different kinds of pizza, however, I did not notice any distinction of the two, nor have I ever been asked my preference or provided any explanation on any of my visits so I am assuming one of them must be their "standard." Our first visit we ordered a whole pie (I think it was NY style, but I'm not sure) and dined in the restaurant, which is small and the seating is a little cramped. I think the pizza was the "Metica" with white sauce, shredded mozzarella, fresh garlic, spinach, chopped fresh tomato and grated parmigiano; we saw it in the case behind the counter and the man behind serving us suggested we order an entire pie for just a few dollars more rather than 3 single slices. The white sauce gave it a very different flavor...it was hot, it tasted fresh, and although different it was pretty good. We also had Peroni (Italian beer) with our pizza (they offer a very small selection of beer and wine). Our second visit we ordered a plain cheese pizza to go (again, I am pretty sure it was NY style, because this time I noticed that was what I was charged for). By the time we got home, the pizza was still hot, but the dough was a little tough and chewy and the consistency of the cheese was also a little tough and chewy. It was just okay, definitely not my favorite, but my son liked it. Still searching for the best pizza in New Tampa/Wesley Chapel...

Though the pizza is a bit pricey we feel that due to the quality of the product it's reasonable. As for the service; well it's a hit or miss. You can tell when management isn't around. The staff aren't as attentive nor professional when left on their own. But we love the pizza and enjoy take out every once in a while.

Ladies and gents, we have a winner! First and only 5 star pizza I have found in Florida and this coming from a born and bred NY'er. Love that this is not a chain and family owned and they create a freshly made pie with fresh ingredients. They offer a woodfired 12 inch, cheese or with toppings or a NY style brick oven 16 inch. Hard decisions but with a name like 900 degree woodfired, this seemed like the logical choice. Normally, I would have opted for the Margherita but the vegetarian option was calling my name. It comes with crushed tomato (not just any but San Marzano), shredded mozzarella, broccoli, spinach, fresh chopped tomato, fresh garlic, ricotta and grated parmigiano, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. I swapped the broccoli for artichoke hearts and this pizza was superb! Just the right amount of fresh ingredients. With a quite large caesar salad to start with, could only get through half the pizza. YAY for leftovers! I'm impressed with their attention to detail and using imported bufala mozzarella. I would try their NY style too as it is made with GRANDE cheese and as noted, "the water has to be imported..." is just a myth. I quite agree. It's the ingredients that matter. When we arrived at dinner hour on a Thursday night, they were pretty packed. Outdoor seating was a bit cramped but the outdoor heaters worked great on this brisk December night. Located at The Shops of Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel, I will have to come back for more!

Don't understand the big fuzz about 900 degrees. The Pizza was ok. Didn't blow me away. Nothing memorable IMO. The real disappointment was the calamari. They were not fresh at all, very dry and bland. But anyway, came here because of the great reviews, should've gone elsewhere. Nothing to see here.

Check this out! A mall cafe in The Shops at Wiregrass which provides a good variety of Italian favorites with quality taste! Arancini, a rice ball stuffed with cheese, ground beef, tomato sauce, & green peas is a must try! The thin sliced 'za has killer sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes, a variety of Plum tomatoes, Antico Molino Caputo Pizza Flour..made in a wood burning oven. The Lasagna was better that respectable! I would definitely return for a quick bite during my power shopping at Wiregrass! Check it out!

This is a family own pizza place that makes pizza, lasagna and much more. The place is super cute ... they have a outside eating area and the environment screams "Meet Up." I often have lunch as this place and the food is amazing - ALL THE TIME. I love it. The staff is super professional and fun. I have to say that this is my main pizza place in New Tampa. I love it. I normally order the spinach pizza. It is has fresh basil and tomatoes, not to mention the most delicious cheeses I have put in my face in forever. You have to try it for yourself. Go in and asked to be seated outside. There is a nice cabana providing shade and h seating is good or people watching. It's also a little quieter and more roomy I the outside patio area. The bruschetta was very good and came with 4 pieces. The pizzas are large - we ordered the 18 inch for 3 adults and took home half. The service was quick and our server friendly. We'll be back for the atmosphere and good food!

Great pizza with super friendly staff! We have eaten there many times in the past but today we ordered four pizzas for our sons birthday party. When I called the gentleman on the phone was so nice! He promised me "perfect pizza pies" to make a "perfect party". That's exactly what happened. The pizza was so good that after the party one of the guests went there to take an entire pizza home to his family. They even wrote Happy Birthday on the pizza boxes:).

Two stars only for the pizza but that's still generous. The waitress we had tonight was decent but forgot about our appetizer till we mentioned something after our pizza came. The nine cooks just hung around talking with eachother. One dropped chips on the ground and just put them back in the bin like it was no big deal. The pizza was very watery the first time it came out.. after it was actually edible it wasn't too bad.

I have serious mixed feelings about this place. when they get it right, they really get it right but when its wrong, which happens quite a bit,its really wrong. If you just want a slice and they haven't had to much business,be prepared to have an old slice. they wont make a new pie or try to sell you another type of pizza. I just put up a picture of a pie I just picked up and it cost me 22 dollars.it was supposed to be 12 inches and i actually put a ruler up to it for the pic and it was 10 inches and it looks like they tried to stretch it out so it was all oblong. A weird oblong personal pizza expensive as Burns yet not nearly as good. low and behold I cried 'This is all bullshit!' and they offered to make another one and Im at work on lunch so its a no go. So i get back to work and split this pie with my coworker cause that was the deal and I just dropped 22 bucks on still being hungry. When I asked the difference between a medium and large on the phone they said the only difference was one is made in the brick oven and one the regular over. really? In turn I'm not happy, still hungry and aggro. When you go to a place you should not have to babysit the employees for them to get it right ever. How can they then sell you a three foot pizza for 29 bucks? and it sucks cause I really want to like this place. So in turn this place gives you the feeling of having a cute little puppy you adore that keeps shitting in your slipper. time to go back to the pound.

Wow! Very unique and delicious pizza! This pizza is cooked over an open flame. They have a great assortment of beverages. You can eat inside or outside. The outside setting reminds me of an Italian eatery just like you would have in Italy.

Not what it used to be or maybe never was! For a restaurant that boasts Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) certification it's a disappointment. One must then question the authenticity of such a certification. Is it something one can purchase for the $2000. fee and $250 renewal or truly earn. Having a 900 degree oven does not a great pizza make. Many reviewers love the pizza here, but those who know what "true" Neopolitan, NY or Sicilian pizza is will not agree. As with everything - it's all a matter of taste. I consider it pizza for the masses. BTW - the service leaves a lot to be desired.

The best authentic pizza around. Tons of selections. Indoor and outdoor seating. I perfer outside which is a great place to people watch. The pizza is cooked in a brick oven and flavor sinks into the pie slowly and amazingly.

My favorite pizza joint in Tampa. Mmmmm, char. I've never had wood fired pizza before, but my oh my, is it good! I've been missing out! The little bits of char on the crust totally make the pizza. I had a slice of the sausage and pepperoni pizza. The sausage was different than any other place I've been to. It's not sliced sausage, it's not crumbled sausage, it's kind of... shaved? Whatever it is, it's good and not loaded with fennel seeds like crumbled sausage (yuck, fennel seeds). The crust itself is nice and thin and crispy. The sauce is great and they put the perfect amount of the pizza- slightly chunky with a nice rich tangy flavor, not too sweet. I'll be back!!

I was really impressed and looking forward to coming back. They have two spots outside that are great for gathering with a group of people. In fact, today we celebrated a little girl's birthday in the tables behind, and the manager was great about making sure the sun wasn't beating on us by positioning the three giant umbrellas to block the sun. It was perfect. They offer large party pizzas (HUGE) and they even did ours half cheese and half pepperoni. It tasted great! I can't wait to go back and try some of their more exciting flavor varieties. Employees were great and attentive, and the manager was very accommodating to our party. They even took our leftover pizza and cupcakes and stored them in their fridge while we went across the street to Build a Bear.

Just average now... Seems like the quality is dropping off. The last couple of times that I went the service was hit or miss... Mostly miss and the pizza toppings were sparse. I really want to love this place but they need to step up.

For fast food pizza, which is what this is, the food was not bad...Certainly not a pizza to go out of your way for. But the service is terrible...we were seated by the general manager, who pretty much just pointed to a seat. No menus, no drink orders, no real greeting. Five minutes later, a teenage kid, who had been standing the whole time by the counter talking to friends, decided to come over and ask what we wanted. He seemed confused when we asked for menus. The pizza came out and three of the six slices were warm and three cold...not that cold pizza isn't good...but nobody came back to ask how they were. But hey, they have free refills///you just have to go inside and get them yourself.

Pizza in a wood fired oven is perfect. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Small quaint bistro style and an outside terrazzo. Nothing fancy, but great place to take a quick break from reality. Service is attentive. The beer is limited but it is ice cold. The pricing is okay for the size of the individual pie. They do have traditional NY pies too, that looked good when served to our neighbors table. Everything is cooked fresh, when you order it. In a hurry, they do have some to go options but those are not that broad. Definitely a better option then the chain-pizza-frozen dough. Go for Woodfired every time. Wish you had one in Sarasota.

After eating here several times I have to say this has become my favorite pizza joint in the Bay Area. The crust, the crust, the crust! It's so wonderfully thin and crisp with a touch of char each and every time. The toppings are always fresh and the prosciutto is cut superbly. Wash this all down with a draft Peroni and you'll be in pizza heaven. The white pizzas are not overladen with ricotta like so many places. The crust to topping ratio is always perfect. I do recommend ordering you pizza rather than getting it by the slice to maximize your experience.

This restaurant is the real deal if you love authentic Neapolitan pizza. To my shame, I am an Italian food snob due to living in bella Napoli for almost 5 years. 900 delivers La Vera Pizza with authentic Italian ingredients, not the least of which, is mozzarella di bufala. I cannot rave enought about this amazing Pizzeria. By the way, my boys (ages 9 & 7) loved it too. We were concerned they had eaten so much Papa Johns they wouldn't be able to enjoy the freshness of the pizza a la diavola (pepperoni pizza). We were soooo excited that they loved it. Stop in, yell ciao to the staff and enjoy the best Neapolitan pizza in the U.S. Trust me, I've tried "Real Italian Pizza" from NYC to Miami. Amazingly, a mall in Wesley Chapel Florida delivers La Vera Pizza at 900 degrees!

YUM! We were in the mood for some pizza tonight and wanted something different than just your old pizza hut or dominoes etc..... We love when we can find a woodfired pizza place so due to the name we decided to try this one out at wiregrass! We did not dine in and actually ordered take out, went to pick up, still SUPER hot and with only a 10 minute commute was still great once we got it home! I got the white pizza and added onion and bacon, he got the Italia and added sausage.... both were SOOO GOOD!! We took the pizza home and made some Caesar salads with fresh parm to go with! PERFECT! We will for sure be back!!
Wife and I like two types of pizza- the Margerita and the Sicilian. We ordered slices of both here. We believe the Marg. at Pizza Mania across the street is without a doubt better but the Sicilian was quite possibly the best we've had- even from New York. It's a clear place and the staff is as sweet and accommodating as can be. Should be back.

Located in the Wiregrass Ranch shoppes, this is a really good pizza place. If you like woodfire pizza, you'll like this place a lot. You can order pizza or get it by the slice. Each is really good (I had pepperoni) and the best is the crust which is due to the woodfire oven. Very good and the staff was really nice. Def. recommend.

Perhaps coming to Wiregrass Mall a couple of weeks before Christmas, when families are lining up and milling around to see the giant Christmas lights show, wasn't the best idea. But, we braved the crowd and stopped at the first place that didn't have a line out the door. As is probably expected, this pizza place was super loud. It's very open to where you can see the cooks behind the counter and everyone back there is yelling back and forth to each other. We had a pizza with spinach, proscuitto, mozzarella, ricotta and bacon. There was so much bacon on the pizza that it was all I could taste-ick! I ended up scraping off more than half. I just wasn't happy enough with my meal that I would ever go back. It's also pretty cramped in there and pricey for what you get.

We stopped in for a salad and some slices The salad {the "misto") was unexciting, the tomatoes in it very cold, but the portion size was definitely fair for the price. The pizza was very good however. I had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. Both had good flavor and the crust was a very nice New York style. Overall, it's worth a stop if you are in the area and want some slices, or perhaps a whole pie.

We came in at a non-peak time and sat immediately. Food came really quick! My pizza was freakin amazing!!! Every bite was an explosion of flavor with fresh ingredients that were not burried in unnecessary seasoning. Truly an amazing experience!

I love pizza and try pizza from different places every chance I get. This is good pizza. It is a little on the expensive side but the taste is real good. When we have the extra money I will go here for the pizza.

The NY style pizza was scrumptious with the thin chewy crust topped with cheese and pepperoni. I also enjoyed the generous sized Mediterranean salad. I will be returning to this joint on a regular basis.

Finally decided to give this place a try. I got a slice of pepperoni, ham and bacon that tasted pretty good. If I were more hungry or just ate too much 1 wouldn't cut it. My wife got a slice with white sauce, spinach, tomato and some herbs. It was pretty darn good. The only thing I could grumble about is that the slices don't get hot enough because they don't leave them in the oven long enough.

While there was nothing wrong with the food itself, and all the ingredients seemed fresh as well as well-prepared, there were definite problems with both the management and the service. They only have two small bathrooms, so you'd think given how many staff members they had on hand someone would be able to keep them clean, but both the men's and women's restrooms were absolutely filthy, flooded with water, and with tissues tossed everywhere. As far as the service went, however, we'd ordered a prosciutto pizza and were surprised and disappointed to discover that the cold prosciutto went on AFTER the pizza was cooked which was unexpected. When we suggested to the waitress they either make a point of mentioning that to the customer when they ordered, or add a line to the menu, just so people knew what they were getting, and she got extremely defensive and kept telling us that was authentic and still fine to eat. We weren't disputing that, just that we would liked to have known ahead of time that the prosciutto was served cold because we probably would have ordered something else. She told us she'd send the manager over... and not only did he never appear, but neither did she for the rest of our meal, which meant we got no drink refills. He DID shoot us dirty looks repeatedly from the other side of the restaurant and make a point of ignoring us whenever he walked by, and when our waitress reappeared with our bill, she said he'd told her to tell us that there was nothing wrong with the prosciutto. I've never been to a place that seemed so hostile to a single piece of feedback. We weren't asking for anything to be comped, we weren't complaining about the taste, we were just suggesting that they mention the meat on this particular pizza came cold somewhere in the ordering process. The manager had NO interest at all in even hearing us out (even if he never changed the menu at all!) and seemed angry that we even would think to ask... maybe he should spend some energy cleaning that disgusting bathroom. We paid, and even tipped, but we won't be back.

I really like their style of pizza but it can be a little pricy for a family dinner. Also, if there is anything going on at the mall, it's packed here so go a little before the dinner rush or on a nice day where you can eat outside. The bigger pizzas are your best value - smalls are definitely small. And make sure you read through their menu! They have a bunch of combinations that are delicious and worth a try. We went with friends who have a GF eater and she liked the crust. I didn't try it myself but might next time.

I LOVE this place.. this is the best pizza joint around, no other pizza place around here offers this kind of pizza. Wood-fire pizza and gourmet style pizza, their prosciutto pizza, ortolano, Norma, and calabrese are my favorite. They are very delicious and have high quality ingredients, don't forget that you can change things on the pizza you don't always have to get it exactly how it says on the menu. For instance the ortolano does not come with any sauce, every time i order this pizza now i asks for sauce as its even more delicious, white sauce or tomato sauce you cant go wrong they are both amazing on this pizza. I feel that if you come here you should order the 12 inch pizza as those are the only ones that actually are cooked in the wood-fire oven, the larger pizzas however are also good, just not as good as the 12 inch IMO. Only problem at this pizza joint is that I've eaten here since the day they opened, and the first time i came here the prosciutto on the pizza was amazing, sometimes now however it does fall a little short. It seems they are a bit inconsistent with their food, maybe their ingredient, but 90% of the time i'm happy with my food, best pizza place in Wesley Chapel. This is an ortolano that i told them to add tomato sauce too. It makes it a very saucy pizza since the pizza already has tomato and is originally made without sauce, only for sauce lovers i recommend adding the sauce. Though the white sauce does add more flavor and does not make it very saucy, if you enjoy the white sauce i really recommend adding it to the ortolano.

Absolutely delicious!!! The best pizza I've ever had! The flavor of the sauce, mozzarella, and meat were incredible! The pizza only takes 1.5 minutes in the oven, so if you order an appetizer tell them to wait on the pizza. This place is a keeper!

Wonderfully warm ambiance for lunch or dinner. The place is kind of small, but if the weather is nice, there's ample seating outside. No matter where you sit, you get a view of the kitchen, where a number of older Italian-speaking gentlemen prepare your meal. If you're a good-looking girl, maybe they'll even give you a wink! More charming than creepy, I assure you. I had penne pasta with garlic, basil, pine nuts and olive oil. They used slightly more olive oil than I thought was necessary, but I forgave them once I had the first bite. It was pure heaven on a plate. Now I know why this place is almost always busy whenever I go to Wiregrass. I don't think any Italian place nearby can match their quality. It's a little bit more expensive than typical lunch places, but the quality is worth the cost.

Tasty margherita pizzas, but too soupy to eat gracefully. The crushed tomato sauce was way too liquidy, and there wasn't enough mozzarella to hold it on. Good enough, but not fantastic. I also could not taste the difference between my margherita pizza and my husband's specialty (more expensive) margherita pizza.

Ok, I have heard this is the pizza to have...I'll let you know. We arrived at 6:45 pm. We ordered calamari and a traditional large cheese pizza. I'm trying to make it easy for them. Started out with the calamari, well I have had great calamari before and this is average, not a lot of flavor, probably a 5 on a scale of 10. Now the pizza a thin crust with a light easy flavor to appreciate. I would rank this a 7 on the same scale.

We went for lunch on a Sunday in mid-August and the place was packed. We had to sit outside but they had ceiling fans. Our waitress was very polite and kind, however they seemed understaffed because it was taking her a long time to wait on us. Our appetizers arrived on time and were delicious and fresh! Our pizza arrived quickly. However, there after we were waiting so long for a check and return that we went into the store ourselves and paid to leave. The food was great, but they need to improve on wait time.

Started off with the "focaccia". The pic of it on the menu looks exactly like what I got, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't fit the definition of focaccia. To me, focaccia is thicker and more bread like. This was more like naan. So idk, it was good, but overpriced for all the more that it was. Got the Quattro formaggio pizza. It was really good, but just left a tad to be desired. I'm picky when it comes to my little pizzas tough. Will be back and look forward to trying more!

Great crispy pizza at the mall. It comes out fresh and hot! Great fresh pasta, nice on refills too. Plenty of selection. 900 also has outdoor seating and a nice staff makes it a great experience, take a break from shopping there.

Very delicious pizza!! Nice to have a pizza place in Wiregrass since I'm not in love with every single eatery there. It is a bit on the pricier side though. My husband and I went to Wiregrass to shop on a Monday afternoon and decided to get something to eat naturally. =) We've never tried this place and wanted to try something different from our usually spot Red Robin. The place is pretty small, and once you walk in there is a sign that reads Please Wait to be seated. This makes it kinda awkward since we stood in an almost empty restaurant for five minutes to get seated...I know not a big deal but the place just seemed like a find -yourself- kind of place. We thought about just ordering a slice and taking it to go but just decided to eat in. The waiter we had was very friendly and we told him it was our first time eating there. He explained the menu and how there are two different pizza ovens they use depending which pizza we ordered. We ordered a 12' pizza with artichokes, ham, and olives ( I forgot the name sorry!) and we saw the chef immediately make it from scratch and bake it in the huge oven which was really neat. The pizza was delicious!! it had a smoky flavor to it, it almost looks burnt but in a good way as to give it flavor. very fresh and fast. We ordered just this and two sodas and the bill came to $18. I feel like the pizza could have been a bit high in price for the size but I think next time we will not dine in but take it to go =) I think the restaurant is great, but do away with the "waiters" that take your order, bring your pizza, and don't offer to refill your drinks...I mean the soda fountain was right behind us and we could have gotten it ourselves ya know? I think you should just be able to walk in, order, then be given a number to get your pizza...simple =) But that's just me, overall I will be back!

This is more of an average for the two times I've been. The first time we were seated outside and waited 20 minutes for someone to come out a get our drink orders and the only reason it was this soon was because we asked a guy who came outside if he was going to get our drink orders. He grumbled and looked like he was inconvenienced by us being there. The second time we came we sat inside and had much better service. Pizza was very good and a large served all four of us with some pizza to spare. We spent 16$ on the pizza so around 4 bucks a person! Couldn't beat that.

Ohhhhh! Have you tried the Mitica pizza? It's fantastic! Garlic, diced tomatoes, spinach, mozzarella with a white cream sauce. So delicious. The wood fired pies are spectacular. Especially the prosciutto one. The slightly smoky taste from the wood fire makes the crust extra crispy. We also tried their pasta topped with homemade pesto. Are you kidding me? That should also be served as a dipping sauce. It's so unbelievably good. Of course it's to be expected with the owners being from ITALY and NY.

We won't be back. Pizza burnt, skimpy toppings at $4.00 each. $4.00 for a few tiny pieces of bufalo mozz, really?Tomatoes not sauce, no herbs. At $20 each for a12" pizza I felt ripped off. We have had pizza in Europe so we knew what to expect and this wasn't it. Nice waitress so two stars.

I've finally given up on 900 Degree Woodfired Pizza. Like other people I really really wanted to like this place. I love a really good pizza and don't mind paying for it if it really delivers on flavor and quality. Unfortunately each time I've ordered from them they have been lackluster and expensive, last night though was the straw that broke the camels back. I'll start with my previous visits though. For one thing the only pizza's that are cooked in the wood fired oven are the small 12 inch. For the record the oven is the same as you can get at any local Carrabba's or Anthony's and I think both of those places make a better more consistent pie. The first pizza I got was a 12 inch Margarita, it was good but nothing special and truthfully it was a little soggy and lacked enough basil also I didn't even get one ball of fresh mozzarella on each slice. 2 of my slices didn't even have any cheese on them? For the price I paid there should have been mozzarella on each slice plus the pizza only has Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil and not like there are other ingredients to take up the space. The other times I ordered the 16 inch NY style. It was OK but never anything to write home about. One of the pizza's didn't even get eaten completely and there was other people present. Once again not sure why I kept giving them second chances but I really wanted this place to be my new pizza joint. Last night broke the camels back. I was going to a meeting that they were going to serve pizza at. The other 2 people said that they had wanted to try 900 Degree and I offered to grab one since I was in the area anyways. I again ordered the Margarita, the cheese was lacking and the pizza looked soggy. We went to take the slices and guess what? They didn't even cut the pizza! We were at a meeting where there wasn't a kitchen available so basically we had to rip the slices with our bare hands! It was gross and unappetizing plus this is a pizza I paid 16 bucks for! This pizza made me embarrassed and sure didn't make any of the other people want to go to 900 Degree. The pizza itself basically got tossed out because we couldn't even eat it properly and it just turned us off. I even called to let them know and he apologized but basically said it was because he was on break. Honestly they lost a customer with this one and didn't make me feel valued at ALL!

We are originally from northern New Jersey across from Manhattan. So you know what that means. We always complain that this is not how it;s done in New Jersey. No complaints at 900 Degree. Always real fresh ingredients and I think they use double zero flower for their pizza dough. That would explain why it does not weigh you down after eating it. Very light and tasty. We always order the Margherita with vegetables. To avoid any wait we usually try not to go at peak times. Being a half hour earlier or later makes a big difference. We are pizza lovers so we have not tried anything else. If you like pizza forget NJ and NY you have found your heaven at Wiregrass

Very good, fresh pizza. Not the best we have ever had, but is defiantly the best in the area. Service was a bit slow, but very friendly. We will be back the next time we are in the area. The only negative we had was that the place was very tight in there when the dinning room filled up.

Best legit Italian pizza you can find in Tampa. Always fresh ingredients, great staff and they will substitute anything. If you want real pizza with real ingredients (not our of the can or jar) come here!

Though the pizza is a bit pricey we feel that due to the quality of the product it's reasonable. As for the service; well it's a hit or miss. You can tell when management isn't around. The staff aren't as attentive nor professional when left on their own. But we love the pizza and enjoy take out every once in a while.

Just average now... Seems like the quality is dropping off. The last couple of times that I went the service was hit or miss... Mostly miss and the pizza toppings were sparse. I really want to love this place but they need to step up.

Moved to this area from NY recently and considering I've had some of the best pizza in NYC this place is comparable if not better than a lot of those. One of my favorite pizza places around.

They have the brick oven pizza and the woodfired pizza, which I prefer, I usually order the margarita pizza with fresh basil and generous mozzarella cheese, Fast and friendly service.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

(2)Mike S.
Very good, fresh pizza. Not the best we have ever had, but is defiantly the best in the area. Service was a bit slow, but very friendly. We will be back the next time we are in the area. The only negative we had was that the place was very tight in there when the dinning room filled up.
(4)Sarah B.
(4)John D.
(5)Roy G.

(4)Christina S.
(5)Shawn P.

(5)Ken D.
(2)Kelly C.
The best authentic pizza around. Tons of selections. Indoor and outdoor seating. I perfer outside which is a great place to people watch. The pizza is cooked in a brick oven and flavor sinks into the pie slowly and amazingly.
(4)Diana T.
My favorite pizza place in Tampa!!! Delicious!! It is like be eating pizza in Napoli, Italia!!!
(5)Tiffany B.
(5)Jen G.
(4)Thomas D.
Just average now... Seems like the quality is dropping off. The last couple of times that I went the service was hit or miss... Mostly miss and the pizza toppings were sparse. I really want to love this place but they need to step up.
(3)Anthony M.
(2)Selmy B.
(5)Rob B.

(5)Julie C.
(5)Ron B.
Unquestionably the best food my family and I have had since arriving in Florida. We started with the calamari fritta which was crispy and tender, paired with a couple of Peronis. For our entrées, we had a wood-fired Regina Margarita; covered in the best imported mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes. We also ordered a delicious brick oven pizza called appropriately the Megameat; layered with ham, sausage, meatballs, and bacon. It was unbelievable. All of this wonderful food was delivered with charisma and smiles by our amazing server, Jackson. Cannot recommend this place enough.
(5)Ben V.
(4)Brett H.
Def. recommend.
(4)Jennifer B.
(2)Matthew D.
(3)Janet H.
We came in at a non-peak time and sat immediately. Food came really quick! My pizza was freakin amazing!!! Every bite was an explosion of flavor with fresh ingredients that were not burried in unnecessary seasoning. Truly an amazing experience!
(5)Mike A.
I love pizza and try pizza from different places every chance I get. This is good pizza. It is a little on the expensive side but the taste is real good. When we have the extra money I will go here for the pizza.
(4)Carmen H.
The NY style pizza was scrumptious with the thin chewy crust topped with cheese and pepperoni. I also enjoyed the generous sized Mediterranean salad. I will be returning to this joint on a regular basis.
(4)Chris H.
(4)Dora B.
(2)James S.
Moved to this area from NY recently and considering I've had some of the best pizza in NYC this place is comparable if not better than a lot of those. One of my favorite pizza places around.
(5)Hoda B.
They have the brick oven pizza and the woodfired pizza, which I prefer, I usually order the margarita pizza with fresh basil and generous mozzarella cheese, Fast and friendly service.
(4)Melissa M.
(4)Patrick D.
(4)Martha S.
Absolutely delicious!!! The best pizza I've ever had! The flavor of the sauce, mozzarella, and meat were incredible! The pizza only takes 1.5 minutes in the oven, so if you order an appetizer tell them to wait on the pizza. This place is a keeper!
(5)Joy K.
(4)Michelle H.
(3)Michael B.

(5)Gail L.

(5)David F.

Best pizza in the New Tampa area!!
(5)Mike S.
Very good, fresh pizza. Not the best we have ever had, but is defiantly the best in the area. Service was a bit slow, but very friendly. We will be back the next time we are in the area. The only negative we had was that the place was very tight in there when the dinning room filled up.

(2)Sarah B.

(3)Michael B.

(5)Jeri H.

Though the pizza is a bit pricey we feel that due to the quality of the product it's reasonable. As for the service; well it's a hit or miss. You can tell when management isn't around. The staff aren't as attentive nor professional when left on their own. But we love the pizza and enjoy take out every once in a while.

Just average now... Seems like the quality is dropping off. The last couple of times that I went the service was hit or miss... Mostly miss and the pizza toppings were sparse. I really want to love this place but they need to step up.

Small individual sized pizza. good flavor just small fir the price. They messed up order but Dakota rectified the situation.

My favorite pizza place in Tampa!!! Delicious!! It is like be eating pizza in Napoli, Italia!!!
(5)Christopher S.

(2)Matthew D.

(4)Carmen H.
The NY style pizza was scrumptious with the thin chewy crust topped with cheese and pepperoni. I also enjoyed the generous sized Mediterranean salad. I will be returning to this joint on a regular basis.
(4)Chris H.

(5)Martha S.
Absolutely delicious!!! The best pizza I've ever had! The flavor of the sauce, mozzarella, and meat were incredible! The pizza only takes 1.5 minutes in the oven, so if you order an appetizer tell them to wait on the pizza. This place is a keeper!
(5)Joy K.

(5)Gail L.
(2)Emanuel P.
